CalmSnug is dedicated to maintaining a safe, ethical, and high-quality creative environment for digital creators, photographers, and visitors worldwide. These guidelines outline acceptable usage, prohibited content, copyright protections, and our compliance with Google AdSense Publisher Policies.
1. Acceptable & Intended Use
CalmSnug provides client-side digital graphics utilities for lawful personal, commercial, academic, and creative purposes. Acceptable uses include, but are not limited to:

2. Strictly Prohibited Content & Actions
In strict accordance with Google Publisher Policies, international laws, and safe web standards, users are explicitly prohibited from using CalmSnug to generate, process, display, or distribute any of the following categories of content:
CalmSnug strictly forbids the processing of any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual imagery, or pornography. Any attempt to introduce or manipulate illegal content will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, advocates self-harm, or harasses individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity is strictly barred.
Users may not process, counterfeit, or misappropriate intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrighted media without valid license, express authorization, or fair use doctrine standing.
Users may not embed executable code, malicious binaries, virus payloads, or steganographic attack scripts into image files processed within CalmSnug.
3. Intellectual Property & DMCA Copyright Notice
User Ownership: CalmSnug claims zero ownership or copyright over any images, graphics, or artwork you process using our tools. You retain 100% of your intellectual property rights. Because images remain in your browser memory and are never uploaded to our servers, CalmSnug does not retain copies or claim license to your creations.
DMCA Inquiries: If you believe that any editorial content, guide, or asset hosted on our domain infringes upon your copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our website that is claimed to be infringing.
- Your contact information, including physical address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
